At Nibera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are our policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we are happy to offer a replacement at no additional cost. Please reach out to us at info@nibera.eu with photos of the damaged or defective product and your order number within 30 days of receiving your order.

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages

If you provided an incorrect shipping address or the package goes unclaimed, you are responsible for the costs of reshipping the package to the correct address. Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order.

Returns

Since all products at Nibera are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind or order the wrong size. Please refer to the size charts and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us at info@nibera.eu for assistance, and we will arrange for a replacement if necessary.

Refunds

Refunds are only available for damaged or defective items. If your claim is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@nibera.eu. Once the order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled.

Digital Downloads

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital products are not available. Please ensure you review the product details before completing your purchase.
